JEFFREY WANG

CHAIRMAN

Jeffrey Wang, a Singaporean entrepreneur, started a family business with his wife, Madam Mary, and their three children, Charles, Keith, and Kevin. The business initially focused on men's and women's clothing and shoes. Today, Charles & Keith is a well-known brand for shoes and bags that has gained immense popularity across many countries. The company ranks among the top 50 firms in Singapore. Apart from his success in the footwear industry, Mr. Wang is also a successful investor in commercial shop lots and shopping malls. He has led the Wang family's partnership with Lang Walker Group from Australia in real estate development, including projects such as Senibong Cove and Senibong Hill in Johor Bahru, Vervocity in Kulai, and The Crest in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.

Dato’ Toh, a highly accomplished individual, is a well-known figure in the property development industry in Penang. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, USA. He started his career with IJM Construction Sdn Bhd in 1995 as a Site Engineer and he held the position of Senior General Manager (Northern Region) of IJM Land Berhad when he left IJM in 2023. During his 28 years tenure in IJM, Dato’ Toh had involved in the planning and execution of many projects especially in township developments such as Bukit Jambul Indah, MetroEast, Bandar Sri Pinang, and also spearheaded the renowned landmark development in the region, The Light Waterfront Penang, which had won many prestigious awards such as: Aside from his professional achievements, Dato' Toh is also an active member of various organizations. He served as the chairman of REHDA Penang from 2016 to 2020. He was a member of Penang Socio Economic Recovery Consultative Council from 2020 to 2023. He is currently a Director of Penang Housing Board. He is a familiar face in many public forums and conferences related to the property development industry. He was also the founding president of the Bukit Gelugor Toastmasters Club in 2006. As the Director of Project Planning and Management Division in Zeon Group, he plays a pivotal role by providing advice and guidance to the team members of the Project Management Consultant (PMC) of all the development projects undertaken by Zeon Group.

Dato’ Leon Lee is a visionary entrepreneur, business leader and international speaker, widely recognised for his strategic foresight, innovative mindset and exceptional leadership. Over the years, Dato’ Leon Lee has built a strong reputation within Malaysia’s business community and established himself as a respected figure in the real estate industry. As the Founder and Group CEO of STARK Development and Zeon Properties, as well as the Group CEO of Drenova Sdn Bhd, Dato’ Leon Lee continues to drive innovation and growth across multiple industries through his entrepreneurial vision and leadership. With extensive experience in project planning, sales and marketing, Dato’ Leon Lee has played a pivotal role in the development of numerous landmark projects in Penang, including Maritime Signature and City of Dreams Penang. Dato’ Leon Lee previously served as Project Management Consultant for Ewein City of Dreams Sdn Bhd’s prestigious City of Dreams project, overseeing strategic planning as well as sales and marketing initiatives. Beyond property development, Dato’ Leon Lee has successfully expanded his entrepreneurial footprint across diverse sectors. Dato’ Leon Lee is the founder of Maritime Automall (Penang Lan Kwai Fong), Fisherman’s Wharf Penang and A-Xing Rice Roll Malaysia, as well as the co-founder of Hairstory International. Dato’ Leon Lee also serves as a Director of Penang Golf Club. His diverse business portfolio reflects his passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition to his business achievements, Dato’ Leon Lee remains deeply committed to youth development, entrepreneurship and community engagement. Dato’ Leon Lee currently serves as National Council Member of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM), National Chairman of its Young Entrepreneurs Committee, and Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Section of the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC). In recognition of his outstanding contributions to business, youth entrepreneurship and society, Dato’ Leon Lee was conferred the prestigious Dato’ title in 2026.
