JEFFREY WANG

CHAIRMAN

Jeffrey Wang, a Singaporean entrepreneur, started a family business with his wife, Madam Mary, and their three children, Charles, Keith, and Kevin. The business initially focused on men's and women's clothing and shoes. Today, Charles & Keith is a well-known brand for shoes and bags that has gained immense popularity across many countries. The company ranks among the top 50 firms in Singapore. Apart from his success in the footwear industry, Mr. Wang is also a successful investor in commercial shop lots and shopping malls. He has led the Wang family's partnership with Lang Walker Group from Australia in real estate development, including projects such as Senibong Cove and Senibong Hill in Johor Bahru, Vervocity in Kulai, and The Crest in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.

Y. BHG. DATO’ TOH CHIN LEONG, PKT, DSPN

Dato’ Toh, a highly accomplished individual, is a well-known figure in the property development industry in Penang. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, USA. He started his career with IJM Construction Sdn Bhd in 1995 as a Site Engineer and he held the position of Senior General Manager (Northern Region) of IJM Land Berhad when he left IJM in 2023. During his 28 years tenure in IJM, Dato’ Toh had involved in the planning and execution of many projects especially in township developments such as Bukit Jambul Indah, MetroEast, Bandar Sri Pinang, and also spearheaded the renowned landmark development in the region, The Light Waterfront Penang, which had won many prestigious awards such as: Aside from his professional achievements, Dato' Toh is also an active member of various organizations. He served as the chairman of REHDA Penang from 2016 to 2020. He was a member of Penang Socio Economic Recovery Consultative Council from 2020 to 2023. He is currently a Director of Penang Housing Board. He is a familiar face in many public forums and conferences related to the property development industry. He was also the founding president of the Bukit Gelugor Toastmasters Club in 2006. As the Director of Project Planning and Management Division in Zeon Group, he plays a pivotal role by providing advice and guidance to the team members of the Project Management Consultant (PMC) of all the development projects undertaken by Zeon Group.

Leon Lee is a visionary entrepreneur and a highly respected figure in the real estate development industry. As the founder of Zeon Properties Sdn Bhd, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in the field. His extensive background and experience have played a pivotal role in shaping the urban landscape. Leon is a successful entrepreneur and CEO of Zeon Properties Sdn Bhd, as well as the founder of several other prosperous ventures such as Hairstory International, Fisherman's Wharf Penang, Maritime Automall, and Nanyang Cottage. He has a wealth of experience as a Project Planner and Sales & Marketing Advisor for various notable new developments in Penang, including City of Dreams Penang, Maritime Signature, Penang Gateway, and more. At Zeon Properties Group, Leon serves as a Project Planner and Sales & Marketing Advisor, responsible for project planning and providing advisory services related to sales and marketing strategies in the property development industry. As a Project Planner, he is involved in developing project plans, setting milestones, creating schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure the successful completion of property development projects. In addition, as a Sales & Marketing Advisor, he provides guidance on sales and marketing strategies, target markets, market research, setting sales targets, and promoting property developments to maximize market presence and drive sales. Leon has played a pivotal role in the development of several notable projects in Penang, including Maritime Signature, Penang Gateway, City of Dreams Penang, and many others. He has an extensive background in the industry, having worked as a project management consultant (PMC) for Ewein City of Dreams Sdn Bhd's prestigious City of Dreams project. Leon's dedication and strategic acumen were crucial in the project's success, from its inception to its execution, encompassing sales and marketing efforts. His remarkable ability to secure CRCC as the main contractor for the project is a testament to his exceptional negotiation skills and industry influence. Leon is a National Council Member and National Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee at Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Malaysia (ACCCIM), as well as a General Committee Member and Youth Chairman of the Young Entrepreneur Section at Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC). He is also the Chairman of the Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia Negeri Pulau Pinang.
